PAYMENT

When paying for your order, please include your order number or item description to assist us in processing your order accurately.

We accept Paypal, Money Orders & Cashiers Checks. Paypal ID: thriftcottage@gmail.com

You will receive an invoice for your records within 24 hours of your purchase.

If you prefer a paypal invoice please contact us and we will provide one. You do not have to have a paypal account to pay your paypal invoice using a credit card.

All payments are due within 3 days of invoice (unless you have made prior arrangements).

If you are mailing a payment, your payment must include your order number, your shipping address and your email address so that we can accurately process your order as soon as payment arrives.

Unpaid orders will remain in stock and available for purchase by other customers until payment has been made. Until items are paid for, we can not guarantee they will be held unless you have contacted us about any delays. We operate on a fist pay, first ship basis.


SHIPPING

We always encourage customers to contact us for combined shipping quotes in order to get the best possible rate. This allows us to compare pricing with more than one shipping service and pass any savings on to you.

We ship via USPS/UPS. Please contact us if you need special arrangements such as Overnight Delivery or International Express.

All book orders will be shipped USPS media mail in order to provide you the lowest shipping rates. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us prior to paying for your order so that we may quote you an appropriate rate.

We ship daily Mon-Fri. Once payment has cleared, orders will usually be shipped the following business day.

We ship internationally, please contact us if you do not see rates for your location and we will email you a quote.

Shipping rates do not include shipping insurance. If you would like to add insurance, please notify us with your order and we will include the insurance on your invoice. (We charge the actual rate we are charged).

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We are also not responsible for customs issues, fees, duties or other charges imposed by any third party.

We do allow local pick-up arranged by appointment.



RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted if the item was clearly misrepresented in the listing. Please be sure to read measurements and descriptions carefully and ask any questions prior to ordering. We generally respond to all messages within 24 hours.

Returns must be received within 10 days from the date of delivery and in original condition.
